Equipment Overview:
The friction and wear testing machine, with its main purpose and functions similar to the American FALEX 6 # multifunctional specimen testing machine, is a necessary simulation evaluation testing machine for the development of various series of hydraulic oils, internal combustion engine oils, and gear oils.
Applicable scope:
The wear-resistant layer of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body. Determine the wear resistance of the ink layer (or coating) by measuring the decrease in density before and after friction (or the decrease in coating thickness). The structural principle of the friction testing machine adopts microcomputer control, LCD dynamic display, and mechatronics integration principle to conduct the set friction test. Before the experiment, input the friction frequency required by the test standard or determined by the operator into the control system, and the experiment can achieve automatic control, with a beep prompt after each experiment. The control system has a power outage memory function, which means that after each power outage, it maintains the parameter state inputted before the last power outage. The actuator adopts high-precision gear reduction micro electric motor to drive the friction body for linear reciprocating friction motion.
